B C. Armbrust created ArtsEQ to support the people behind the performance: the artists, educators, leaders, and organizations carrying the emotional complexity of creative work.
B’s background spans music, opera, emotional intelligence, coaching, leadership development, arts administration, and organizational change. Their work helps artists and arts leaders understand the emotional patterns, narratives, pressures, and choices shaping how they create, perform, collaborate, and lead.
